Terms of service

Contrail is provided by Airframe Growth Partners ("Airframe"). By using it you agree to these terms.

The service. Contrail monitors publicly available competitive signals — ads from platform transparency libraries, public reviews, websites, store locators, and marketing emails — and summarizes them. It's currently offered free of charge during early access; we may introduce paid plans later with notice.

Your account. Keep your credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account. Access is granted per organization and may not be shared outside it.

Acceptable use. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other organizations' data, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.

No warranty. The service is provided "as is." Signals can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong — AI-generated summaries and significance scores are judgment aids, not facts. Verify before acting on anything important. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airframe disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Termination. You can stop using the service anytime and request deletion. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
