Privacy policy

Contrail is operated by Airframe Growth Partners ("Airframe", "we"). This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

Account data. We store your name, email address, and a salted hash of your password — never the password itself.

Usage analytics. We record product events (pages viewed, features used) in our own database and in PostHog, our analytics provider, to understand what's useful and improve the product. We don't sell this data or share it with advertisers, and we don't use third-party advertising trackers or cookies.

Competitive data. The competitor content Contrail collects (ads, marketing emails, public reviews, store locations) is gathered from public sources and platform ad-transparency libraries, or received at email addresses subscribed to public mailing lists. It relates to businesses, not private individuals.

Email. Digests and alerts are sent via Resend. You control recipients and can turn delivery off in your workspace settings.

Deletion. Email prasid@goairframe.com to delete your account and associated data — we'll confirm within a few days.
